Council Links

For Gosford

You will be required to make an application for removal unless:

• The tree is less than three (3) metres in height
• The tree is within 3 metres of a council approved structure (house, building, pool)
• The tree is part of DA (Development Application)
• The tree is dead
• The tree is an exempt species such as Camphor Laurel, Cocos Palm, Radiata Pine, Willow tree, Rubber tree, non-native fruit tree, umbrella tree, coral tree and Golden Cypress Pine tree

For Wyong

Central Coast Council (Formally Wyong) has amended its DCP to line up with Gosford, effective from 8th March, 2018.
